For damaged, defective or incorrect items please contact us immediately upon receipt.
All damage claims must be made within one (1) day of the purchase date. All damaged/defective/incorrect items to be returned must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
After receiving the damaged item (s), and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
